We believe maximum impact is achieved when the right mindset is combined with the right methodology. Our four-stage methodology combines lean thinking with agile innovation and focuses on seeking and delivering impact, which is the ultimate goal for all our projects.
We start by scoping our project with our partner NGO, so that we thoroughly understand the challenges and opportunities. Once we’ve conducted our research assessments, we start innovating and ideating, through approaches like double diamond, which allows us to have an imaginative process and results in creative solutions. Once we’ve iterated our ideas, we develop our promising ideas into designs. We’re constantly trying the strength of our ideas through prototyping and iterations. Once we’ve designed a possible solution, we present our solutions for implementation and assess our impact.
Our holistic design approach circles around impact. We look at the impact we want to have, our methodology to get there and assess our model against impact we’ve achieved – this ensures we are always on track to achieve maximum change.
Our thorough scoping process at the beginning of the project allows us to focus on the key challenges that need to be addressed and find the best tools to develop this.
We believe that the best innovation is often the simplest. To do this, we follow system thinking approaches to ensure that we are not just looking at our most direct stakeholders but we’re considering the entire ecosystem of the problem itself. This allows us to focus on the most efficient and optimal pathway to change.
